How are caregivers selected and matched?
Our caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process including criminal background checks, reference verification, and in-person interviews. We match caregivers based on your loved one's care needs, personality, preferences, and schedule requirements. Gender matching is available upon request. We strive for consistency, assigning the same caregivers regularly to build meaningful relationships.
Can we get care for just a short period or one-time?
Yes, we offer flexible care options including short-term and one-time care. Whether you need temporary care while recovering from surgery, respite care while family caregivers take a break, or care during a vacation, we can accommodate your needs. There's no long-term contract required, and you can adjust or end services as your situation changes.
What training do your caregivers have?
All our caregivers are either trained Home Health Aides or Certified Nurse Assistants. They are First Aid and CPR. They receive ongoing training in safe transfers, fall prevention, infection control, and communication skills. For specialized care needs, we match clients with caregivers who have specific training and experience in those areas.
Do you accept any insurances?
We accept a few Long term care insurance plans, though, the majority of our clients pay for services privately. Our experienced billing staff is available to explain your benefits, confirm your eligibility, and help you understand how your plan supports in-home care services.
